Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Interior AI mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). If there is a conflict, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by the Apple EULA.
1. What the App does
Interior AI uses artificial intelligence to create visual previews of interior design ideas from a room photo, including restyling, furnishing an empty room, and changing wall and floor finishes. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial inspiration.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Your content
- You keep all rights to the photos you upload (“Your Content”).
- You confirm that you own Your Content or have permission to use it, and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights or privacy.
- You give us and our AI provider a limited, temporary license to process Your Content only to generate the design you request.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload images that are illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or that show other people without their consent.
- Upload images of places or property you have no right to photograph or share.
- Use generated images to mislead others, for example by presenting them as real photos of a property in listings without disclosure.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or interfere with the App or its services, or use them to build a competing product.
- Use automated means to access the App’s services or send excessive requests.
5. AI-generated results
Designs are generated automatically by AI and are provided for inspiration only. Results may be inaccurate, and may not reflect real materials, colors, dimensions, lighting, structural limits or local building codes. Do not rely on generated images for construction, purchasing, safety or structural decisions. Always consult qualified professionals before starting renovation work.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the designs you generate for personal purposes. Similar results may be generated for other users, and we do not guarantee that any output is unique or free from third-party rights.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions in the future. If so, prices and included features will be shown in the App before purchase. Payments are charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
7. Third-party services
Designs are generated through Replicate, Inc., a third-party AI provider. Your use of the generation feature is also subject to how that provider processes data, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, demo images, logos and software, is owned by Interior AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including the available styles and features. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interior AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or property, arising from your use of the App or from decisions made based on generated designs. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer protection law, and otherwise by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Interior AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
